We are currently hiring Servers to join our dynamic food service outlets. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion to serve others and enjoy engaging with guests in a friendly and proactive manner. As a Server at Concord Hospitality, you are often the first or last point of contact the guest has in their day, making your role crucial to creating a positive and memorable experience. Your cheerful customer service attitude and friendly smile help set the tone for guests to enjoy their time with us. Responsibilities include maintaining a calm demeanor during busy periods, making decisions to ensure 100% guest satisfaction, and assisting management in identifying and solving guest problems. Additionally, Servers maintain a clean and organized workspace and engage with guests to understand and respond to their needs effectively. This position requires a high sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and a winning personality.

Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must maintain punctual and consistent attendance
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
- Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
- Carefully monitors the operation of the F&B outlet and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
