Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- stand and walk for extended periods
- lift and carry trays or food items up to 50 lbs, up to 100 times per day
- bend, reach, and kneel regularly
- work in hot or cold environments
- comfortable working in a busy, sometimes noisy setting
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or serving experience preferred
- basic math skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system
- strong communication skills
- fluent in English
- knowledge of food handling, safety, and presentation standards
- friendly, approachable, and reliable
- ability to stay focused and composed during high-volume service
- enthusiastic about guest satisfaction and teamwork
- willingness to jump into other roles as needed
Job Duties
- Serve hot and cold food items in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- interact with guests and team members to ensure timely, accurate orders
- explain menu items including ingredients and preparation methods
- deliver food and beverages promptly and with care
- maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and serving stations
- assist with beverage preparation
- act as host when needed and ensure guests feel welcome
- operate POS systems, handle payments, and follow proper cash procedures
- report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or accidents to management
- support teammates during busy periods and shift transitions
