In addition, the role involves maintaining the cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and serving stations, assisting with beverage preparation, occasionally acting as a host to welcome guests, operating point-of-sale systems, handling payments, and following cash management procedures. Safety is a priority, so reporting any hazards, maintenance issues, or accidents to management is part of your responsibility. The position requires a team-oriented mindset, supporting colleagues during busy shifts and transitions, and stepping into other roles like host, runner, or busser when needed. Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting trays or food items up to 50 pounds multiple times daily, and working in varying temperature environments.
