Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • stand and walk for extended periods
  • lift and carry trays or food items up to 50 lbs, up to 100 times per day
  • bend, reach, and kneel regularly
  • work in hot or cold environments
  • comfortable working in a busy, sometimes noisy setting

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant or serving experience preferred
  • basic math skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system
  • strong communication skills
  • fluent in English
  • knowledge of food handling, safety, and presentation standards
  • friendly, approachable, and reliable
  • ability to stay focused and composed during high-volume service
  • enthusiastic about guest satisfaction and teamwork
  • willingness to jump into other roles as needed

Job Duties

  • Serve hot and cold food items in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • interact with guests and team members to ensure timely, accurate orders
  • explain menu items including ingredients and preparation methods
  • deliver food and beverages promptly and with care
  • maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and serving stations
  • assist with beverage preparation
  • act as host when needed and ensure guests feel welcome
  • operate POS systems, handle payments, and follow proper cash procedures
  • report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or accidents to management
  • support teammates during busy periods and shift transitions
