Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds unassisted
Ability to lift objects over 50 pounds with assistance
Availability to work evening shifts
Commitment to follow safety and security protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 1 year of related food and beverage service experience
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Commitment to uphold company policies and standards

Job Duties

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
Communicate special meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs to the kitchen
Record transactions in MICROS system
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tableware
Complete closing duties including restocking and shutting down
Present accurate check to guests and process payments
Follow company safety and security policies
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and service standards
Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and navigating various surfaces
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
