Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to lift objects over 50 pounds with assistance
  • Availability to work evening shifts
  • Commitment to follow safety and security protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related food and beverage service experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and standards

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
  • Communicate special meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs to the kitchen
  • Record transactions in MICROS system
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tableware
  • Complete closing duties including restocking and shutting down
  • Present accurate check to guests and process payments
  • Follow company safety and security policies
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and service standards
  • Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and navigating various surfaces
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
