Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience serving in a full-service restaurant environment
- Ability to handle customer service challenges effectively
- Basic math skills for cash register and order processing
- Capability to remember menu items and promote them

Job Duties
- Engage with guests with warm and friendly service
- Answer questions and offer suggestions regarding food, beverages, and services of the facility
- Accurately input orders into the POS system
- Prepare dishes for service including ladling soup, tossing salads, cutting pies and desserts, and brewing coffee
- Observe guests to anticipate their needs and respond to additional requests
- Clear dishes and reset tables and counters after each course
- Balance and reconcile all assigned open and closed checks by totaling bills and accepting payments
- Perform other duties as assigned
