In this role, servers must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate the ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods while carrying up to 40 pounds. Candidates with TABC and Food Handler certifications and prior experience in full-service restaurants will be preferred, as these qualifications underpin the high standards upheld by B.B.
