Certification requirements include holding or being in the process of obtaining a Food Handler Card and a valid TABC license, ensuring safe and responsible alcohol service. The role requires excellent communication skills to understand guest inquiries and promote menu items effectively. Benefits include comprehensive health and life insurance options, a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time off, and exclusive room and food and beverage discounts.
