Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking dedicated and courteous Food and Beverage Servers to join our dynamic team. This essential role involves the service of food and beverages, including order-taking and delivery, all performed in a friendly, professional, and timely manner to ensure a superior guest experience. The position plays a critical part in our commitment to guest satisfaction by helping deliver not only quality food and drinks but also memorable service. The Hotel operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, necessitating flexibility with shifts, starting times, and hours worked.

As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be the face of our hospitality services, responsible for greeting guests warmly, communicating specials and promotions, accurately recording and delivering orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service. Compliance with State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations is paramount, as is maintaining cleanliness and organization of your service station. You will also assist with side duties such as replenishing condiments, restocking supplies, and performing general cleaning tasks to uphold health standards. Beyond serving, you contribute to a safe and secure work environment by adhering to company policies and safety procedures, reporting hazards and incidents promptly, and maintaining a neat, professional appearance in accordance with our team member handbook.

This position requires a strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service etiquette, and guest relations, alongside physical stamina to manage the demands of continuous standing, walking, and carrying items up to 30 pounds through crowded spaces. Certification requirements include holding or being in the process of obtaining a Food Handler Card and a valid TABC license, ensuring safe and responsible alcohol service. The role requires excellent communication skills to understand guest inquiries and promote menu items effectively.
