Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations or teams
- Strong financial literacy including experience with profit and loss statements budgeting and cost control
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
