Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitizing methods
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety protocols
- previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant cleaning role preferred
- knowledge of cleaning and sanitization procedures
- ability to operate cleaning equipment such as the Kaivac Univac
- good communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- attention to detail and commitment to safety
Job Duties
- maintain utensils and food production equipment using correct cleaning and storage procedures
- utilize the Kaivac Univac for mopping, scrubbing, and drying floors
- clean customer service areas including dining rooms, restrooms, condiment stations, and outside landscaping
- mop spills and leaks quickly to prevent accidents
- follow proper handling and storage procedures for sanitizing and cleaning chemicals
- maintain sidewalks and parking lot sanitation through sweeping and scrubbing
- notify management of any leaks or equipment failures
