- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift and carry heavy objects
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- physical stamina and endurance
- strong work ethic and dependability
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred but not required
- ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and materials safely
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills and reliability
Job Duties
- clean and maintain all restaurant areas including dining rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and storage spaces
- perform tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces
- operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- restock bathroom supplies and ensure restroom cleanliness at all times
- maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- work collaboratively with management and team members to uphold a clean, safe, and organized environment
