Job Description

Cook Out is one of the fastest-growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) companies in the United States, known for its commitment to quality food and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Founded with a passion for delivering fresh and affordable meals, Cook Out has expanded rapidly and built a loyal customer base across the nation. The company prides itself on cultivating a culture of high-energy leadership and rewarding team members who demonstrate dedication and hustle. With a focus on work-life balance and employee satisfaction, Cook Out offers a unique employment experience that combines competitive compensation, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive team atmosphere.

We are currently seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift at our thriving restaurant locations. This role is perfect for a motivated leader eager to own the evening operations and inspire a dynamic team in a high-volume setting. The position features a four-day work week with shifts beginning at 4:45 PM, providing you with three full days off every week to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The PM General Manager role is far from a desk job; it requires hands-on leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to manage operational costs effectively while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.

As the pulse of the night shift, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a diverse team of employees, ensuring that teamwork thrives and that every guest receives gold-standard service. Managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) for your shift includes overseeing labor schedules, food usage, and paper costs. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $80,000 per year, supplemented by $15 per hour of appreciation pay and monthly performance bonuses varying from $600 to over $3,000 based on sales growth and operational excellence.

At Cook Out, we believe leadership is about more than just managing tasks; it’s about mentoring individuals, motivating crews, and setting the tone for a positive, energetic workplace. Whether you have previous restaurant or hospitality management experience, or are eager to bring your leadership skills to a thriving company with real growth opportunities, this role offers an environment where your career is limited only by your own drive and hustle.

In addition to a rewarding salary and bonus structure, Cook Out supports your well-being through comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days of employment. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company matching up to 4%, ensuring you can plan for a secure financial future. Paid vacation time allows you to rest and recharge, while free meals during your shifts, complimentary manager gear, and a flexible schedule contribute to a work environment designed for employee satisfaction.

Cook Out also honors family time by closing on key holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, so you can celebrate with your loved ones. If you are ready to lead one of the best night shifts in the QSR industry and grow your management career with a company that values your hustle and performance, Cook Out invites you to apply today.
