The PM General Manager role at Cook Out is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the night shift operations of one of the company’s high-volume restaurants. Unlike traditional management roles, this position requires a hands-on approach to leadership, where the manager is actively involved on the floor, coaching team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing key operational aspects such as labor, food, and paper costs. The schedule is tailored to promote work-life balance by limiting shifts to four per week, starting in the late afternoon, thereby allowing for three full days off weekly. Job Requirements

  • at least high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of management experience in restaurant or hospitality

  • capacity to handle a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • availability to work 4 shifts per week
