Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Six to nine years of related progressive work experience
  • Minimum three years in managerial roles
  • Must obtain Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
  • Experience with Kronos scheduling software preferred
  • Proficiency with InfoGenesis POS systems
  • Familiarity with Red Rock procurement and inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to fulfill job requirements including lifting, standing, walking, and using personal computer

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of progressively responsible related experience or 9 years without a degree
  • Experience in an organization of comparable size
  • Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
  • Ability to achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
  • Experience with scheduling and labor productivity software, preferably Kronos
  • Experience with POS systems, preferably InfoGenesis
  • Experience with procurement and inventory management systems, preferably Red Rock
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain discretion handling confidential information
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to perform job duties including lifting up to 25 pounds and prolonged periods of standing and walking

Job Duties

  • Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, and training direct report team members
  • Schedule and motivate direct report team members
  • Plan, assign, and direct work
  • Appraise performance
  • Coach and discipline team members up to and including termination
  • Address complaints and resolve problems
  • Manage and oversee all assigned Food & Beverage venues efficiently and effectively within fiscal and operational guidelines
  • Work with senior management to develop, implement, and maintain effective operational strategies
  • Provide leadership and support to assigned venues focusing on daily operations and performance monitoring
  • Oversee annual budget development with support from cost controllers
  • Analyze and evaluate financial reports and make adjustments to meet financial plans
  • Execute programs to improve guest service, team building, and morale
  • Maintain accuracy and thoroughness of department records and reports
  • Assist in maintaining proper cost controls including food, beverage, labor productivity, and other costs
  • Maintain active marketing and promotion schedules to drive revenue
  • Act as administrator and liaison for F&B computer applications and information systems
  • Stay current in industry trends, technology, and competition
  • Establish and ensure compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
