Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe certified or willingness to obtain certification
  • Must pass background check
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours per shift and work in varying temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • 4 plus years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong restaurant and operational leadership with a passion for hospitality and food
  • Willingness to learn the kitchen with a strong food palate and confidence in making food calls and coaching on quality
  • Experience working in a food-focused operation with high standards
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
  • Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Own guest experience including hospitality, speed, cleanliness, energy, and recovery
  • Lead shift execution with focus on shift leadership, order flow, accuracy, and coordination
  • Manage digital and off-premise channels including online orders, pickup experience, and catering support
  • Build a high-performing front-of-house team through coaching, accountability, and engagement
  • Optimize front-of-house labor and deployment by creating smart schedules and placing the right people in the right roles
  • Maintain alignment between front-of-house and back-of-house during peak volume and high online ordering demand
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive improvements in speed of service, layout, and order flow
