Job Requirements
- must have at least 4 years of management experience in high-volume restaurant environments
- must have strong leadership skills and passion for hospitality and food quality
- ability to coach and develop team members effectively
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification or willing to obtain
- must pass background check
- capable of standing or walking 8-10 hours per shift and working in varying temperatures
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- strong restaurant and operational leadership with passion for hospitality and food
- willingness to learn kitchen operations and make food quality calls
- experience in a food-focused operation with high standards
- proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
- comfortable leading in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certified or willingness to obtain
- must pass background check
Job Duties
- own the guest experience including hospitality, speed, cleanliness, energy, and recovery
- lead the shift by managing order flow, coordination, accuracy, and team performance
- oversee digital and off-premise operations such as online orders, pickup, and catering support
- coach and develop people while fostering a positive culture and accountability
- manage front-of-house labor with effective scheduling and deployment
- maintain dining room, beverage station, expo, entry, and pickup areas guest-ready
- handle guest issues with empathy, urgency, and ownership
