Job Requirements

  • must have at least 4 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • strong leadership skills focused on hospitality and operational excellence
  • willingness to learn kitchen operations and food quality control
  • experience working in a food-focused environment with high standards
  • proven coaching, development, and team accountability skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
  • must pass background check
  • able to stand and walk 8-10 hours per shift and handle varying temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • own the guest journey from entry to exit, ensuring fast, friendly, and brand-consistent service
  • maintain dining room, beverage station, expo, entry, and pickup areas guest-ready throughout shifts
  • lead peak period flow management to control pace and uphold hospitality standards
  • address and resolve guest issues with empathy, urgency, and ownership
  • translate guest feedback into coaching, recognition, and operational improvements
  • build and maintain a connected, high-performing front-of-house team through real-time leadership and engagement
  • manage online orders and pickup flow to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality consistent with in-store experience
  • coordinate catering and large orders with proactive communication and clean handoffs
  • run shifts independently with calm, clear leadership, managing food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
  • identify operational bottlenecks in speed of service, layout, and order flow and implement improvements
  • collaborate closely with back-of-house management to align front and back of house during peak volume
