Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food safety certification
  • Experience in restaurant operations management preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work mornings and early afternoons
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • Certified in food safety
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Knowledge of restaurant financial management and reporting

Job Duties

  • Learn and support the You First culture and core values
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and uphold high standards
  • Follow chef-curated recipes accurately
  • Work to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals
  • Coach and observe the implementation of the First Watch Five Steps of Service
  • Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns
  • Manage repair and maintenance issues
  • Maintain food safety certification and coach safe food handling
  • Recruit and interview potential team members
  • Secure company assets including POS systems and equipment
  • Address inappropriate behavior immediately
  • Train, coach, and develop team members daily
  • Recognize outstanding performance
  • Account for daily revenues and deposits
  • Complete administrative duties and paperwork on time
