Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- strong leadership and team-building abilities focusing on coaching and mentoring
- exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- experience with bar operations is a plus
- understanding of restaurant operations including FOH and BOH workflows
- familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- capable of standing and walking for 8+ hours per day
- ability to lift and push 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Supervise daily Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
- ensure food and beverage quality and presentation meet brand standards
- enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- manage opening and closing duties including cash handling and end-of-day reporting
- lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding service and achieve business goals
- assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members
- conduct pre-shift meetings to align the team with goals and service expectations
