Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • strong leadership and team-building abilities focusing on coaching and mentoring
  • exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • experience with bar operations is a plus
  • understanding of restaurant operations including FOH and BOH workflows
  • familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management
  • knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • capable of standing and walking for 8+ hours per day
  • ability to lift and push 30 lbs

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
  • ensure food and beverage quality and presentation meet brand standards
  • enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • manage opening and closing duties including cash handling and end-of-day reporting
  • lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding service and achieve business goals
  • assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members
  • conduct pre-shift meetings to align the team with goals and service expectations
