- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience
- Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
- Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience

- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

- Overseeing daily restaurant and entertainment operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Handling high-volume days and maintaining physical stamina and presence on the floor
