Operating more than 630 locations across 32 states, this fast-growing restaurant chain values quality, hospitality, and community engagement. Renowned for its chef-curated menu that features fresh, seasonal ingredients, First Watch embraces a "Follow the Sun" culinary philosophy, constantly rotating its menu to highlight peak flavors and offer elevated versions of classic favorites. The company is celebrated for dishes such as the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Quinoa Power Bowl, and its signature Million Dollar Bacon.

More than just a restaurant, First Watch has cemented its reputation as a best-in-class employer by fostering a YOU FIRST culture. This philosophy puts employee well-being above all. It encourages a supportive work environment where team members are empowered to make decisions to enhance the dining experience. First Watch understands the importance of work-life balance, which is illustrated by its commitment to no night shifts for its staff. It’s a company that genuinely values employees, often jesting that they love their employees more than bacon, a statement that speaks volumes about its care and respect for its workforce.

This position offers the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team committed to delivering excellent service and quality food.

As part of the benefits package, the Restaurant Operations Manager is eligible for a quarterly bonus based on the restaurant's performance, along with a comprehensive range of benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) retirement savings, and various employee assistance and wellness programs. These perks support the holistic well-being of the employees, emphasizing the company’s commitment to nurturing its people both personally and professionally.

From offering tuition reimbursement programs to complimentary premium access to wellness apps like Calm, and child and elder care assistance, First Watch ensures that its employees receive ample support and resources for growth and stability. The company also fosters a safe and respectful workplace by upholding stringent policies against inappropriate behavior and by emphasizing team member development and recognition.

First Watch's commitment to being an equal opportunity employer means they actively provide reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities, embracing diversity and inclusion as essential elements of their workforce culture. This approach not only creates a welcoming environment but also ensures that all team members can thrive and contribute meaningfully.

In summary, the Restaurant Operations Manager role at First Watch offers a unique opportunity for passionate leaders to join a thriving company that values food quality, customer satisfaction, and most importantly, its people.
