Job Requirements

- No prior restaurant experience required
- Ability to communicate fluently in English

- Ability to work full time with flexible schedule

Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance guest experiences
- Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, payroll, and cost control
- Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals
