Job Requirements
- minimum of high school education
- no prior restaurant experience required
- ability to complete three-month paid training program
- strong work ethic and motivation
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work a 6 days on 2 days off schedule
- eligibility to participate in stock ownership program after 90 days
