Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant operations
- Ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Eligibility to work in the location of employment

Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing the restaurant's P&L and controlling costs
- Increase sales through strong business acumen and strategic planning
- Enhance guest experiences by inspiring the team to exceed expectations and promptly addressing concerns
- Develop and mentor Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Assistant Managers through hiring, training, coaching, and recognition
- Maintain operational excellence by optimizing labor, upholding brand standards, and providing hands-on assistance
- Collaborate with District Manager to analyze performance metrics and strategize business plans
- Engage with the community through local marketing initiatives
