Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant operations
  • Ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Eligibility to work in the location of employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant leadership experience with financial and operational responsibilities
  • Strong communication and team development skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic business decisions
  • People-focused leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop others
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and maintaining brand standards
  • Proven problem-solving skills and decisiveness in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability by managing the restaurant's P&L and controlling costs
  • Increase sales through strong business acumen and strategic planning
  • Enhance guest experiences by inspiring the team to exceed expectations and promptly addressing concerns
  • Develop and mentor Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Assistant Managers through hiring, training, coaching, and recognition
  • Maintain operational excellence by optimizing labor, upholding brand standards, and providing hands-on assistance
  • Collaborate with District Manager to analyze performance metrics and strategize business plans
  • Engage with the community through local marketing initiatives
