This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, the franchisee operates as a distinct company responsible for all aspects of employment, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision. This means that if hired, the franchisee will be your direct employer, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is fully accountable for all employment matters at the restaurant, and McDonald’s USA does not intervene in employment decisions nor receive applications or manage interviews for this position.
The restaurant is seeking motivated individuals for the role of an Opener Crew Member who will start early in the morning between 4 to 5 AM to prepare the restaurant for the day’s operations. After opening duties, the position will transition to either cooking or cashiering duties for the remainder of the shift, which typically concludes between 12 to 1 PM.
