Job Description
This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, the franchisee operates as a distinct company responsible for all aspects of employment, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision. This means that if hired, the franchisee will be your direct employer, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is fully accountable for all employment matters at the restaurant, and McDonald’s USA does not intervene in employment decisions nor receive applications or manage interviews for this position.Show More
Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- availability to work early morning shifts from 4-5 AM until 12-1 PM
- ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- ability to stand for extended periods
