This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant. While the restaurant uses the famous McDonald's logos and food products, it operates as a separate business entity from McDonald's USA. This franchisee has full control over all employment matters and is the actual employer for those who work at this location. This means that any hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervision decisions are handled directly by the franchise owner rather than McDonald's USA corporate office.
