Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of foH leadership experience in high-volume fine dining, steakhouse, or luxury hospitality environments
- proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced settings
- strong knowledge of premium meats, wine, and spirits
- experience with pos/reservation systems and scheduling tools
- exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- strong financial acumen
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business hours
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- comfortable working in high-energy, fast-paced, and loud environments
- exposure to open flames and hot surfaces

- proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced, high-revenue settings
- strong knowledge of premium meats, wine, and spirits
- experience with pos and reservation systems such as micros, sevenrooms, and opentable
- exceptional leadership and communication skills
- strong financial acumen
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- lead daily service across all outlets and experiences
- execute and uphold high standards of theatrical and detail-driven service
- run impactful pre-shifts focused on product knowledge, pacing, and sales strategy
- manage reservations, floor plans, and table turns to optimize flow and maximize covers
- ensure the restaurant environment meets luxury standards in cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness
- maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor driving engaging guest experience
- coach team on storytelling around menu items and premium offerings
- handle guest recovery with urgency and professionalism
- recruit, interview, and onboard top hospitality talent
- train and develop staff on service standards and guest engagement techniques
- build a strong leadership bench
- provide consistent coaching and recognition
- foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity
- support p&l performance through effective labor management
- monitor key metrics such as covers, check average, labor percentage, and guest satisfaction
- ensure accurate timekeeping and adherence to cash handling procedures
- partner with culinary and beverage teams on inventory and cost control
- drive revenue through strategic upselling and menu knowledge
- promote high-value offerings
- support vip relations and private dining sales
- contribute to local marketing initiatives
- maintain compliance with health standards and labor regulations
- ensure team compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols
- lead incident reporting and documentation
- support seasonal menu changes, events, and special activations
- assist in training rollouts and operational improvements
