We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to take charge of the overall operation of one of our dynamic fast-food establishments. This full-time role requires a dedicated professional who will implement and enforce all NBFF and Exchange standards with a keen focus on food safety guidelines. The Restaurant Manager will be instrumental in driving the success of the restaurant by overseeing financial aspects such as managing daily receipts, controlling fixed assets, and ensuring efficient ordering of food and supplies. This position demands an individual with strong leadership capabilities to manage staff and operations seamlessly while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. The Restaurant Manager will act as the face of the restaurant, representing the NBFF brand with professionalism, and will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and financial profitability. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • certification in food safety is preferred
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in basic financial management
  • capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and standards

  • ability to manage financial operations including cash handling and inventory control
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

  • familiarity with fast food industry operations

Job Duties

  • implement and enforce NBFF and Exchange standards including food safety guidelines
  • manage daily receipts and financial records to ensure accuracy
  • oversee the ordering of food and supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • supervise and lead restaurant staff to uphold performance and service standards
  • maintain fixed assets and ensure proper use and maintenance
  • promote a safe and clean restaurant environment
  • address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
