- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of recent fine dining restaurant experience
- Preferred 2 to 5 years of previous supervisory experience
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure
- Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
