Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house management

  • monitor inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly
