Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Ensure Golden Corral operational standards are communicated, trained, and maintained in the restaurant
- Oversee restaurant financial results to ensure profitability
- Deliver outstanding guest service that meets company expectations
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Manage and develop the restaurant management and co-worker team
- Provide opportunities for team members to be successful and advance
- Monitor compliance with all health and safety regulations
