Celebrated for its vibrant atmosphere, artistic approach, and exceptional guest experiences, Andaz Scottsdale offers a unique blend of sophisticated comfort and desert charm. The resort’s culinary destination, Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen, epitomizes craftsmanship and creativity through its bold flavors and elevated dining atmosphere. This venue honors the rich cultural and natural heritage of the Sonoran Desert, delivering guests an authentic and memorable culinary experience.

The Restaurant Manager role at Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen is pivotal to sustaining and enhancing the high standards of this award-winning dining establishment. This position is designed for a passionate and skilled leader who excels in restaurant operations and has a refined understanding of upscale hospitality management. The Restaurant Manager will bring extensive beverage knowledge, including expertise in wine, craft cocktails, and beverage program development, to continually elevate the guest experience. A strong leadership style that inspires trust, motivation, and collaboration, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is essential for success. This role is designed for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and who is dedicated to upholding the elegance and service excellence that guests expect from Andaz Scottsdale Resort.
