Job Duties
- Deliver timely, friendly service and uphold Applebee's standards
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and cost controls
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Support operational excellence from line checks to accurate paperwork
- Jump in wherever needed, including cooking, bartending, or greeting guests
