Job Requirements

  • minimum of associate's degree preferred
  • two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience required
  • strong knowledge of food and wine pairings
  • operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • Servsafe certified preferred
