- two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience required
- strong knowledge of food and wine pairings
- operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office

Job Duties
- manage food and beverage operations within the Polaris Lounge and United Airlines Clubs at EWR airport
- lead and oversee the restaurant team to ensure excellent service delivery
- maintain superior food quality standards for clients and customers
- manage client relations and foster strong relationships with employees and guests
- operate the restaurant within the approved budget and provide maximum value
- collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
- enforce compliance with food safety and service regulations
