As a Restaurant Manager at Whataburger, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a high-volume restaurant generating average annual sales exceeding $4 million with a team of over 50 Family Members. This position requires the creation and maintenance of an environment where great food quality, outstanding customer service, and strong teamwork thrive cohesively every day. The role involves rotating responsibilities through Customer, Quality, and People Areas of Responsibility (AORs), cultivating well-rounded leadership skills essential for career advancement within the company. You'll be empowered to influence operational performance positively, develop and support your team with a servant leadership approach, collaborate closely with fellow leaders and the Operating Partner, and lead initiatives that enhance the restaurant's overall performance and culture.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience
- Be able to meet business needs with open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours
- Maintain dependable attendance
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
- Possess 1-3 years of leadership experience
- Possess ServSafe Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain and pass exam during training
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain current automobile liability as per state requirements
