The company prides itself on creating an inclusive and positive workplace culture that fosters growth, teamwork, and leadership development. Whataburger is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits, ensuring that its employees feel valued and supported as they contribute to the organization's success and uphold its famous quality and hospitality standards.

The role of Restaurant Manager at Whataburger is a comprehensive leadership opportunity where you'll oversee a high-volume restaurant with average annual sales exceeding $4 million and lead a sizable team of over fifty Family Members. This is a full-time position that comes with competitive weekly pay, a bonus program with significant upside potential, and a wide array of benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additionally, Whataburger offers 401(k) matching, disability benefits, education assistance programs, and various discounts that add value to your overall compensation package.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for fostering an environment where great food, great service, and great teamwork come together daily. You'll rotate through different areas of responsibility, including Customer, Quality, and People, to develop well-rounded leadership skills. This rotation prepares you for future advancement opportunities into Operating Partner roles where you can earn six-figure incomes. This position requires a dynamic leader who not only drives operational excellence but also champions the development and success of the team. You will be expected to lead daily operations, ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards, support business planning efforts, and create an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

This position is based in the home restaurant location but may occasionally require assistance at nearby locations or participation in regional leadership activities, business meetings, and training sessions aimed at professional growth and connection to the larger Whataburger network.
