The Restaurant Manager role at Whataburger is a dynamic leadership position where you will oversee a high-volume restaurant with average annual sales exceeding $4 million and a team of more than fifty Family Members. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be tasked with rotating through various Areas of Responsibility including Customer, Quality, and People management, providing you with a well-rounded leadership experience. This role serves as a critical stepping stone for future Operating Partner opportunities within Whataburger, offering a clear career path and the potential for six-figure income.
