As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee a high-volume restaurant averaging over $4 million in annual sales and managing a team of more than fifty Family Members. This leadership role requires you to balance multiple areas of responsibility, including customer service, quality control, and people management, to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be instrumental in cultivating an environment where great food, excellent service, and strong teamwork come together to create memorable guest experiences.
This position offers a blend of leadership development and operational oversight designed to prepare candidates for future growth opportunities within Whataburger, including potential advancement to Operating Partner roles. The Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in driving performance, coaching and developing team members, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Beyond managing day-to-day activities, you will contribute to business planning and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the restaurant’s profitability and service standards.
Whataburger values bold leadership, integrity, and a commitment to community, making this position ideal for individuals who are passionate about leading others and making a tangible impact each day. The role offers competitive weekly pay, an attractive bonus program with significant upside, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, holiday pay, parental leave, 401(k) match, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and more. Additionally, Whataburger supports employee education through scholarships and tuition assistance, discounts on meals and services, and recognition programs that celebrate achievements.
