This role as a Restaurant Manager at Whataburger involves overseeing a high-volume restaurant with average annual sales exceeding $4 million and a team of more than fifty Family Members. The position is designed to develop versatile leadership skills by rotating through different Areas of Responsibility—Customer, Quality, and People.
