This generous benefits portfolio reflects Whataburger’s dedication to rewarding its team members and supporting their well-being.

Joining Whataburger means stepping into a role where you can influence daily restaurant operations and enhance every guest’s experience by upholding the brand’s hospitality and service standards. You will be responsible for coaching and developing Family Members to unlock their potential while meeting key financial and operational goals related to sales, labor, food costs, and profitability. The manager position also requires you to ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety protocols, promote positive, inclusive workplace values, and lead shift transitions to maintain seamless restaurant operations.

The role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy restaurant setting. You will guide hiring, training, and retention efforts in collaboration with your leadership team and participate in business planning and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance restaurant performance. The position is based in your home restaurant, with occasional support roles at neighboring locations or within the market. Ongoing professional development opportunities, leadership training, and business meetings are integral to your career journey at Whataburger, designed to keep you engaged and connected to the larger corporate mission and community.

Whataburger embraces diversity and is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees, ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace free from discrimination.
