Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members as necessary
- recruit, interview, select, hire, and complete onboarding for all positions
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- delegate job responsibilities and shift duties and follow up to ensure completion
- establish build to’s and maintain the production management system
- direct team and ensure all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
- supervise and coach team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
- ensure team members are properly trained on Brand and Company standards on an ongoing basis
- cascade all relevant information and maintain communication board
- implement new Brand campaigns and conduct new product training
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor and ensure accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records
- communicate as required with the district manager
- complete all daily, weekly, and period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, schedules, and other administrative duties as required
- guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes and report facility issues to maintenance
- complete reports on all incidents following the 5-minute rule policy
- take ownership for all financial and operational metrics, resulting in a profitable restaurant
- conduct team member check-ins and provide positive feedback badges in Workday and use recognition to reinforce positive behaviors and performance
- implement progressive discipline to address deficiencies in performance or failure to adhere to Company policies or regulatory requirements
