Pilot Flying J, a division of Pilot Company, is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Managers to oversee their high-volume, quick service restaurants. This role necessitates a candidate who is willing to relocate and capable of managing the financial and operational aspects of the restaurant with accountability for profitability and service excellence. The General Manager's primary responsibilities include ensuring flawless hospitality and guest service, fostering a positive work environment for team members, implementing human resource decisions effectively, conducting profit and loss (P&L) analysis, and maintaining tight control over inventory management.

The compensation for the Restaurant General Manager position starts between $43,888.00 and $59,050.00 per year, reflecting a competitive salary within the industry.
