Pilot Flying J, a division of Pilot Company, is currently seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers to oversee its high-volume, quick-service restaurants. This role requires candidates who are prepared to relocate and take full accountability for the financial and operational outcomes of the restaurant. The General Manager will act as the key leader responsible for ensuring exceptional hospitality and guest service, fostering a positive work environment for the team, and implementing critical human resource decisions.
