Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of cost control and operational procedures
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards
