The employment type is full-time with a salary range between $55,000 and $70,000 annually.
As a Chili's Manager, you will be the driving force behind a smooth operation, leading your team to deliver top-notch service while ensuring the restaurant meets its financial and operational goals. Key responsibilities include managing business results by effectively controlling costs, following established operational systems such as Manager Timelines and line checks, and ensuring compliance with safe food handling procedures.
Furthermore, the role involves hiring, training, retaining, and developing team members, empowering them to take on more significant roles within the restaurant. You will spearhead guest engagement initiatives and foster meaningful relationships within the local community. Success in this position demands excellent multitasking skills, dependability, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
