Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current food management certification
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility for varied work schedules including holidays
- Willingness to transfer locations as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to stand for up to 4 hours and work 50 to 55 hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and computer skills
- Availability to work full-time
Job Qualifications
- Current food management certification
- Demonstrated ownership mentality
- Flexibility for scheduling including holidays and weekends
- Willingness to transfer to different geographical locations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Adept at ordering and formulating pars
- Basic math skills including counting currency and using a calculator
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of health code standards
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both written and verbal
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and mobility
- Knowledge of Flanigan's dress and grooming policies
- Experience in conducting written employee evaluations
Job Duties
- Communicate all kitchen issues with management throughout the day
- Read and write notes in the manager's daily log in English
- Attend weekly manager's meetings and monthly staff meetings
- Read and follow the weekly memo
- Complete weekly and monthly employee evaluations
- Communicate with managers on duty when shift is completed
- Provide accurate and honest reports of all events, both positive and negative
- Comply with all policies, rules, and directions from manuals, memos, and meetings
- Attend quarterly supervisor meetings
