Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- Restaurant management experience
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to stand and walk 85 to 95 percent of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Completion of required training classes
- Ability to perform basic math and communicate in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- Minimum 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- Must be 18 years or older
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes required
- ServSafe certification mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proven analytical organizational and planning skills
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Proficient computer skills
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
