Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must complete restaurant manager training classes
- must be ServSafe certified
- possess valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
- ability to use computer keyboard
- willingness to travel to other locations
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- must comply with labor laws and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promotion
- minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- must be ServSafe certified
- must complete restaurant manager training classes
- ability to speak read and write English effectively
- excellent interpersonal skills
- proficiency in basic math concepts
- strong analytical abilities
- good organization and planning skills
- self-starter with initiative
- proficient in personal computer applications
- valid driver's license and insurance
- demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented
- develop internal candidates for management and team leader roles
- ensure execution of Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
- create a safe fun and employee-friendly environment
- motivate and inspire employees
- recognize and reward employee performance
- comply with labor laws and company policies
- manage daily restaurant operations for excellence in guest service and food quality
- respond to guest concerns professionally and timely
- maintain brand image through cleanliness and maintenance
- analyze operational and financial performance using management tools
- implement action plans to improve sales and profitability
- monitor costs and adherence to budget
- demonstrate leadership with integrity and ethical behavior
- train coach and develop employees
- manage conflict and communicate effectively
- maintain focus on guest satisfaction
- ensure food quality safety and regulatory compliance
- perform other assigned duties as required
