Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must complete restaurant manager training classes
  • must be ServSafe certified
  • possess valid driver's license and insurance
  • ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
  • ability to use computer keyboard
  • willingness to travel to other locations
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • must comply with labor laws and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent required
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promotion
  • minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
  • must be ServSafe certified
  • must complete restaurant manager training classes
  • ability to speak read and write English effectively
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in basic math concepts
  • strong analytical abilities
  • good organization and planning skills
  • self-starter with initiative
  • proficient in personal computer applications
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties

  • Recruit selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
  • monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented
  • develop internal candidates for management and team leader roles
  • ensure execution of Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
  • create a safe fun and employee-friendly environment
  • motivate and inspire employees
  • recognize and reward employee performance
  • comply with labor laws and company policies
  • manage daily restaurant operations for excellence in guest service and food quality
  • respond to guest concerns professionally and timely
  • maintain brand image through cleanliness and maintenance
  • analyze operational and financial performance using management tools
  • implement action plans to improve sales and profitability
  • monitor costs and adherence to budget
  • demonstrate leadership with integrity and ethical behavior
  • train coach and develop employees
  • manage conflict and communicate effectively
  • maintain focus on guest satisfaction
  • ensure food quality safety and regulatory compliance
  • perform other assigned duties as required
