Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations
- Must complete restaurant manager training classes
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and use personal vehicle as required
- Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to move throughout the restaurant
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations
- Must complete restaurant manager training classes
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
- Ensure systems for training employees on workstations are fully implemented and adhered to
- Identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader positions
- Work with restaurant management team to execute 'My Promise to You' and the Service Profit Chain
- Create an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Treat all employees with respect and dignity
- Regularly recognize and reward employees
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
