Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations
- Must complete restaurant manager training classes
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and use personal vehicle as required
- Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to move throughout the restaurant
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
- Ensure systems for training employees on workstations are fully implemented and adhered to
- Identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader positions
- Work with restaurant management team to execute 'My Promise to You' and the Service Profit Chain
- Create an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Treat all employees with respect and dignity
- Regularly recognize and reward employees
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by ensuring proper training and accountability for excellent guest service and food quality
- Review practices and modify as needed to improve the guest experience
- Maintain visibility and interaction with guests
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints timely and professionally
- Maintain the brand image of restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
- Serve as a role model for excellent guest service
- Utilize management information tools to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance
- Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
- Focus efforts on increasing restaurant sales and profitability
- Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
- Foster a culture of integrity, honesty, and trust promoting Jack in the Box values
- Serve as a strong role model who motivates and inspires employees
- Effectively train, coach, and provide opportunities for employee development
- Provide quality and timely performance feedback and reviews
