Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Willingness to make bank deposits and travel to other restaurant locations
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience with P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient in basic math
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and use of personal vehicle
