Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience as described
- ServSafe certified
- completion of restaurant manager training
- ability to speak, read, and write English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic math operations
- analytical skills
- organizational and planning skills
- self-starter with initiative
- computer proficiency
- valid driver's license, insurance, and use of personal vehicle
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a vehicle
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum one year experience as associate manager or two years as assistant manager for internal promotion
- minimum three years management experience with full profit and loss responsibility for external recruits
- ServSafe certification
- completion of restaurant manager training classes
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in basic math
- proven analytical and organizational skills
- ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to use personal vehicle for business
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels and ensure training compliance
- create an employee-friendly and safe work environment
- manage daily operations to achieve excellent restaurant performance
- provide exceptional guest service and ensure food quality
- handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
- analyze operational and financial performance data and implement improvements
- focus on increasing sales and profitability
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- motivate and inspire employees
- manage conflict and foster positive culture
- coach and develop team members for promotion
- deliver quality performance feedback and recognition
- demonstrate strong food safety awareness
