Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Experience managing or assisting in managing a restaurant
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Ability to perform basic math concepts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of the shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computers
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruitment
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations
- ServSafe certification required
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to perform basic math and analyze business data
- Proficient with personal computers and related software
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
Job Duties
- Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
- Monitors staffing levels and implements training systems
- Ensures execution of Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
- Creates an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe environment
- Motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
- Manages daily activities to ensure excellent restaurant operational performance
- Provides exceptional guest experience and handles guest concerns professionally
- Maintains the brand image of restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- Utilizes management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Develops and implements action plans for sales and profit improvement
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
